Ghazi Akhtar Khan is the Chairman of TSML's Board of Directors. He also serves on the company's Audit Committee.

In addition to his role with TSML, Mr. Khan is the President at Lotte Akhtar Beverages (LTAB), a joint venture between the Akhtar Group and Lotte Corp. LTAB is one of the leading Pepsi Cola bottlers in Asia.

Previously, Mr. Khan was a senior manager in the International Banking Division of Toronto Dominion Bank (now known as TD Bank). He was also a manager at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now known as KPMG) in Toronto, Canada.

Mr. Khan is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Toronto, Canada.
